Born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1958. Married, with six children, all adopted. Dan has a BS Degree in Nutrition from Michigan State University and a MD degree from University of Miami, Miami, Florida, 1989. Specialty: Family Practice. Dan served as a medical officer with the US Navy from 1989 to 1995 and has been in Central Florida since 1995.
